CMDB Micro certification issue

I couldn't able to complete the Task-09 on CMDB Micro certification as there is no record available on the De-Duplication records, Can someone help me to sort this issue. Any assistance would be appreciated!!

Hi @Dinesh Prabhu ,

 

You must need to check the Schedule jobs are runs successfully for Completeness and check the CMDB dashboard . How many CI are duplicate showing over there.

Could you please provide the instruction for same , so that we can guide you. or as per @AJ-TechTrek  Go to CMDB dashbaord and in last tab you will get Jobs, please activate that jobs and execute and check.
