CMDB Workspace Health-Completeness not calculating correctly

Hello -- CMDB Workspace Health -Completeness and Correctness KPIs are not updating. They show 100%, yet the details clearly show issues... NOT adding up to 100%, nor even close. Correctness & Completeness shows same problem.. the summary is 100%, but the details reveal there are issues so Summary isn't accurate.
Jobs are updating daily. This is on Xanadu: glide-xanadu-07-02-2024__patch4-11-22-2024
Anyone else seeing this?

Thank you for the info @Sandeep90 I hovered over and the numbers don't look like a rounding error as you described. See below. Also notice the charts below clearly show there are issues

I think this still could be it as you can see you have evaluated around 22.8 M CIs within in the three metrics and if you have only like 1000 failures combined it is going to get rounded up. You can go to cmdb_health_scorecard table and if you search for cmdb_ci in there for correctness it will show the failure and total, and this could help to clarify if its round issue.

How health scores are calculated changed with Xanadu. Our number was way over inflated vs. the CI's that we care about. We had to make some changes on our side. Did you scores change after your upgrade or have them always been off?

Unsure. I'm helping a customer.. I don't know how long their stats have been off. But I learned earlier today that adjustment to health inclusion rules was root cause for our issue.
