Go to UI Builder -> Experiences -> CMDB Workspace and open URL path /my-work/ in editor mode. You can see it is read-only.
If you want to add additional widgets or customize it, you need to create a duplicate variant and make it lower order than out of box one or disable out of box one and make duplicate variant as active one
Once you have a duplicate variant, you can edit the dashboard as per your requirements. Below is for sample
Exercise with caution, as this is customization and would create technical debt. Try it and implement only if it is a mandated business requirement.

Logic is same, go to home page and create a variant. Below is for sample from my PDI
Go to Editor and and add the section based on your requirements and configured it. As mentioned earlier, make the new variant as lower order to take precedence. Or disable out of box variant and keep this variant active.
Exercise caution, as this is customization and would create technical debt. Try it and implement only if it is a mandated business requirement.
If this helped to answer your query, please mark it helpful & accept the solution.
