Configuring SG Connector for Intune

Hi Folks

I have two questions:

1) We wish to deploy the SG Intune Connector on all four of our ServiceNow instances; sbx, dev, qa and prod. Do we have to register the Intune Connector as an application in Azure/Entra for each ServiceNow instance ?

2) During the setup routine, is it OK to use the 'out the box' Intune Data sources and Scheduled imports or should we use 'Add Multiple Instances' to create a new instance with a prefix?

Many thanks

Hi @Anton15

Yes, you need to create an application in all the instances where you require the Client ID, Tenant ID, and Client Secret. These details must be provided in each instance. Besides that, you need to manage the out-of-the-box (OOB) data sources and scheduled jobs. This will allow you to obtain devices and software-related data.

Mark it helpful and Accept solution!! If this helps you to understand.

@Anton15, you need information said by chand, but you can use same application details which you create on intune in all three (or two servicenow instances)

And yes the schedule jobs will do its work.

Hi Thanks for replying.

So, I can create one application registration and use it in all our SN instances?

Also, check your version of the connector in System Applications.  I was behind on the update and that corrected my issue for WashDC, Patch 7a.
