Discovery plugin could not be activated on PDI in Washington Version

Discovery plugin could not be activated on PDI in Washington Version when tried to install from Developer site.
Please suggest.

Hi there,
This is about the failure email received?
Regarding PDIs this is a known thing and has been posted hundreds of times on the Community. Check your PDI after an hour or so... most likely (In 99 out of 100 community posts on this), the plugin did install. So check in your PDI is the plugin did install or not.
