How to add Incident, Problem, Change detail tabs in related list of a CI?

Right click in the gray bar at the top of the form and choose configure related list.
Then looks for Incident -> Configuration item as an example. This will then add a tab that will show all incidents with this configuration item set. You can then repeat this for change and problem.
