Need one help here.

Can anyone suggest me how to display Audit History for Upstream and Downstream Relationships of any CI?

You can also use CMDB 360 - https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/vancouver-servicenow-platform/page/product/configuration-ma...

CMDB 360 retains complete history about discovery sources and proposed values, involved in updates of CI attributes.
