As you mentioned, since it’s a lab instance, there’s a chance the server isn’t working in the backend, which could be causing this issue. If you noticed it didn’t work in PDI either, try logging a case with the Now Learning team.

Hi @ayushchandra202
First understand your AD structure.
Then configure the DN and RDN. Based on the error you shared, it seems that ou=CloudDimensionsDev might not be a direct child of your DN.
To get more information, open one user record in your AD and verify the DN.
