Error Message Unique Key violation detected by database for key 'discovery_source' - duplicate entires, ignored IRE rules

Hello,

I am trying to perform the data upload from the second source.

The first source is IDS - the only data in the CI is the name.

The second source is Excel sheet - via import set - when I am trying to upload it with the same name and additional information I have errors:

Error Message Unique Key violation detected by database ((conn=1154884) Duplicate entry 'SG-OT Excel Import-0088c659874233301887620d0ebb357e' for key 'discovery_source')

I created static reconcilation rules for Excel import set 100 and IDS 200 for all attrbiutes.

My questions are:

1. What are the unique values in IRE - reconciliation rules - that are used to compare the "old" asset with "new" asset information?

2. How to set up the unique value by which the comparing will be used? for example how to make reconciliation rule update CI where I have only name or only IP address?

ok, a added all attributes to the right in reconcilliation rule.

I also set CI Identifiers to allow null, and add values "name" everywhere - but it seems to have no effect - the issue was most likely input excel file with empty fields for mandatory attributes:

I set all unique values in ETL import sheet to be not empty (MAC, Name, Serial Number) and it seems to be fine.
