Hello Guys,

Please, do you know if I need CSA Certification to do the exams:

CIS Software Asset Management
CIS Hardware Asset Management

CSA Certification is a pre-requisite to perform the CIS exams?

Thanks.

Yes.

You need to do CSA before doing CIS.

Even the CSA Training is a prerequisite for CIS exam voucher

to know the pre-requites for CIS HAM

ServiceNow fundamentals training is a pre-requisite but the doc doesn't mention CSA as a requisite I recommend you to raise a case with Now learning support team to get more clarity on this topic.

Hi @Miguel Ferro ,

No! Obviously, the prerequisites are there for a reason. They ensure that candidates have the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to understand and excel in the advanced or implementation-level courses. While it might be technically possible to enroll in an implementation or advanced course without following the fundamentals course or obtaining the CSA certification, it is highly discouraged. Without the basics, you risk struggling with the advanced material, missing critical concepts, or not fully leveraging the learning experience. The CSA certification not only demonstrates your grasp of core ServiceNow functionality but also prepares you to succeed in specialized areas like implementation or advanced training.
