When stating gauge with interactive filter - do you mean that you would like to have a semi donut act as interactive filter or a semi donut follow an interactive filter? or do we talk about performance analytics instead?
If we talk about a semi donut graph created through the report designer, then remember to edit the widget
when added to a dashboard, and mark as below:
