Hello All,
We are trying to give users with cmdb_read role access on the CMDB Health Dashboard "CMDB Dashboard - CMDB View", so that all the users with cmdb_read role can view the CMDB health scorecards.
We tried the below, but no luck, could you please help on how we can achieve this?
1. Shared the "CMDB Dashboard - CMDB View" dashboard to cmdb_read role
2. In Dashboard properties, gave cmdb_read role to CMDB Dashboard group
3. Gave cmdb_read role for CMDB Widgets.
4. Gave all the report_view and read ACLs related to cmdb health access to cmdb_read users

You need to amend the OOB ACL /now/cmdbHealth so the cmdb_read role can access the API

"We tried the below, but no luck"
What happens when a user views the dashboard? Could you attach a screenshot of what (if any errors) are showing?

Hi Kieran,
Thanks for the reply.
I impersonated a user with only cmdb_read role and opened the dashboard. There are no errors that i see, the dashboard is all empty. PFB screenshot.
