I'm getting use to this CMDB Health tool. This tool to know the current duplicated CI in the CMDB table is very useful but where is this number coming from ? Those 2,746,518 CI are not actually the real number of active and operational CI that I currently have in production instance, so where is this number coming from ? is there any way to change it ?

If the Health Inclusion Metrics are not defined, the entire CMDB will be measured. You can define what to measure in CI Class Manager via the Health Inclusion Rules for each of the metrics in the CMDB dashboard. By setting this up using filters, you can easily setup the classes and status you wish to measure.
