How to create a de-duplication template

Hi Listers,

I am trying to create a de-duplication template and it seems to me I am missing something.

According to the documentations, just after the General Information there should be a step where I could define conditions to automatically assign de-duplication tasks to templates

 I do not see this option in my instances - can anyone help?

I am working with Washingtondc build
