I have developed a custom component for my scoped application
Generally when it get's published it will be available for customers to install it.
My question is how can add my scope's custom component into SOW, since I want incident and sys_id to pass as a parameter to custom component.
I know how to add custom component through UI builder and it is working fine as well but let's us say customer don't want to modify OOTB configurations SOW.

If your customer doesn't want you to change SOW config, why would you even implement your custom app if it needs to be added to SOW?
I don't understand what you are asking. You are saying 'how to add custom component into SOW [because it needs to be]' and that 'you know how to add custom component'. So you already know, but want to do it when a customer doesn't want it? Tell you customer that it's either the app with customization to the OOB config, or no app.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Yes @Mark Manders ,
Thanks for the reply.
I understand what you have said.(i know the question might look little confusing)
Let me tell you the whole scenario in steps and with the screenshots here:
1.Initially when Agent workspace was there we developed those components.
2.we have deployed those components into instance.
3.generally those componets are added to a table called "UX Macroponent Definitions" (sys_ux_macroponent)
4.I went to Agent workspace and opened a incident record then i configured the page as shown in the screenshot below
if you click on related items it will redirect you to list of record for table named "Action Assignments"(sys_declarative_action_assignment) as shown below
Note: you will not see an option called related items in configure page of incident in SOW. you need to navigate to that table and add a new record accordingly
let me show you the new record how it looks refer the screenshot below
the purpose of showing the above form is, even though i have created a custom component in my scope still i created a new action assignment in global scope and that added as a new tab in SOW incident record and that is working fine as well. let me show the screenshot below
What ever i have explained in the above is working very fine until vancouer release.
Even i have enquried and why it is not working in Washington Release of ServiceNow
ServiceNow introduced a new page called "SRP Record" page in Washington(it is part of "Service Operations workspace ITSM Applications(4.0 or later versiion))".
before SRP record page we were having "Record SNC" page whose page order was 100.
But when in washington both "Record SNC" and "SRP record" page variants are available
where "SRP Record" page variant order is lower than the "Record SNC" variant page and this is why those custom components were not visible.
but when i again made "Record SNC" variant page order lower than the "SRP record" variant page then those tabs started to appear in incident record of SOW in washington as well.
I don't know how much you understood what i said in the above
Now My questions is
1.how can i migrate those components from "Record SNC" to "SRP record" page variant
when i was using "Record SNC" i was creating new action assignment then it was able to appear as a new tab in incident. but now in OOTB since "SRP record" page variant is taking the precedence in SOW because of order.
