Hi CMDB/CSDM experts,
As CMDB administrators one of the biggest challenges is, how do you prove that the CMDB is complete and accurate. Within my team we are very much struggling with this. We believe we are, but how do you prove this?
So we are thinking to start comparing the CMDB with other trusted sources, the delta is then what needs to be investigated.
I am wondering how you handle such topic, proving that the CMDB is complete and accurate?
And does ServiceNow has functionalities to facilitate this?
Really looking forward to your response,
Cheers,
Arno Reintjens
