You can contact the ServiceNow support, if they can do a rollback...
It completely depends on what kind of data you imported. Is it new data or did you update existing data.
How did you import the data and to which table?
Please mark this response as correct or helpful if it assisted you with your question.

Hi @cpinedatx94 ,
We cannot rollback the instance. U need to take support of HI team over here to do it for u.
Servicenow by default takes snapshot of a particular instance at a certain time in a day. So the instance can be rolled back to that point of time of the day. The only prob is if rolled back to the last saved point then whatever changes were moved from the point the last backup was taken to the point when roll back is complete that will not be present.
Is data messed up in Production? If yes then u can raise a case with service now n check if only for that table something can be done or not.
Thanks,
Danish

Hi @cpinedatx94
Practically it is not very straightforward, the only team who can help is the ServiceNow Hi support team.
Also, what data you imported and how , if you provide that details team can help you.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
