IRE Rule find unique identifier

i need to create IRE rule for ip phone class for that i dont know step by step process and user is not giving the unique identifier so anyone can help me on it to find the unique identifier.

User has shared data source column and ask to find out the unique identifier on the basis of them.

It needs to have a unique identifier, without that it would be hard to identify the records. You can follow below steps to create the IRE rule.

You can use Serial Number  or Mac Address as a unique identifer , Create a rule with this attributes.

@SK Chand Basha  has already given the solution.

You can also try using multiple criterion attributes if you are not sure about any single attribute. It works in AND query manner.
