Hi everyone, I want to know if servicenow can connect with software manufacturers to determine End of life or end of service of hardware models and with this prepare an obsolescence report from the CMDB or through HAM?
Yes. If you are using HAM pro, the HAM content service can populate the end of life, end of support etc. for any hardware model that is present in ServiceNow's content service library. Similarly if you are using SAM pro, the SAM content service can populate the end of life dates for all software models available in ServiceNow's content service library.
