Service Mapping Application Pattern

Hello Everyone,

Hope you are doing well..!

I have created a process qualifier and custom service mapping application pattern for one of the middleware application and 13 servers are associated with that middleware application.

The additional data which app owner has provided like (running process, key parameters, command) are running on all those 13 servers and at the same time "Microsoft IIS" application key parameters also running on those 13 servers.

My concern here is when I have performed discovery for these servers couple of servers are picking IIS pattern and my pattern which I have created and application CI's are getting created in respective tables, But for rest of the CI's are picking only picking IIS pattern and not picking my new pattern though the parameters are running on these CI's.

Can you please explain me why only couple of CI's are not picking the new custom pattern and picking only IIS pattern. Really appreciate your help here.

Did you perform the Mid Server pattern synchronization after creating the pattern?

Hi Basha,

Yes I did that, yet I am still facing the same issue as some servers are picking the pattern and some are not.
