below 100 pounds - no approval for all bands
below 300 pounds - no approval for only M, D bands, approval needed for all C bands
below 500 pounds - no approval for only D band, approval needed for all C, M bands

for ALL D band APPROVAL no need to check Cost Center.

1)for price 100 to below 300 ,for all C(C3-C6) employee bands then M1(under that cost center) as approval - need to check cost center.
2)for price 300 to below 500 ,for all C(C3-C6),M1 employee bands then M2 employee band as approval, if M2 has raised the request then (M3) band as APPROVAL, if M3 employee band has raised the request then (D1) band as approval, if empty skip to next level - need to check cost center.
3)for price 500 to below 2000,for all C3,C4,C5,C6,M1,M2 bands then (M3) band as approval, if M3 has raised the request then (D1) as approval,if D1 band has raised the request then(D2) as approval, if D2 band has raised the request then (Auto approve), if empty skip to next level - need to check cost center.
4)for price 2000 to below 5000, for all C, M1,M2,M3 employee bands then (D1) as approval, if D1 band has raised the request then (D2) as approval - no need to check cost center
5) for price 5000,if ANY ONE RAISES THEN IT GOES TO D2 for APPROVAL.
