RITM Approval requests how to make the email that is sent out unique

How to change the email to be unique as I have a flow that generates to approvals for two different reasons but their short descriptions are staying the same not seeing where or how to change this.

Could you share more details on how your notifications are being fired? Is it from the flow? Is it using "send email" action?
