Roles required to view incident details in express list for "Service operations workspace ITOM"

Hi Everyone,
Could you guys help on what roles are required for checking incident details on "Express list" of "Service operations workspace itom".
I am currently using following roles but still cannot able to see incident details on SOW:
canvas_user
evt_mgmt_user
itil
snc_internal
workspace_user

i tried with evt_mgmt_operator and ITIL roles but still not able to see incident details. I was able to see details by giving "Admin" role which we cannot do.
