Scenario : automate the ''end outage' in cmdb_ci_outstage when incident is resolved

Can anyone please guide me to Automate the ''end outage' in cmdb_ci_outstage when incident is resolved, with Flow Designer (already implemented through after Business Rule) , 

Expected Result: When incident is resolved, Automate the EndOutstage and update End field and with Duration time

Hi @sandhyaBatc 

This can easily be obtained by a business rule / script step if flow designer... but why? Have you thought about that an outage can actually end before an incident is resolved. If you based your outage end on incident is resolved, you could get longer outage time that actually occurred.
