ServiceNow Incidents to SLA report

Hello all,

 

Could someone give a guidance how to report/relate SN Incidents and link it to the "contract_sla" table.

CMDB INCIDENT table to  "contract_sla" table.

The goal of the report is to list the INC numbers and the SLA definitions (P1, P2 etc. - Hight, Critical, Low etc.)

I am trying to find a timeline (duration) of the completion of a specific Incidents based on their SLAs.
