ServicePortal is showing duplicate categories how to correct?

@Joshua Comeau Navigate to https://<your instance>.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sc_category_list.do

 

And deactivate the duplicate categories.

I just renamed them based off the parent
