Hi
Observed that after upgrade to Service Graph connector for Microsoft SCCM 3.0.6.
SG-SCCM Removed software datasource import is not running even though it is scheduled & also if triggered manually using execute now.
Any idea, observed similar behavior ?
Thanks!

Have you check the import sets?
In which state they are stuck?

Hi
Is the Data Source creating import sets, or is the SQL query timing out? What happens if you do a "Load All Records" manually directly on the data source?
The SG-SCCM Removed Software import is a very big query, and can take a significant amount of time to return data if the SCCM instance has a large amount of software install data. In these cases, you may need to extend the JDBC timeout as per KB0684496. Was the query successful with the previous version of SG-SCCM (pre-upgrade)? How long did it take to load data? The Removed Software query itself is basically the same between SG-SCCM 2.x and SG-SCCM 3.x.
Note that the configuration steps for SG-SCCM 3.0 have changed significantly, because of changes for Multi-Instance support. Did you go through Guided Setup for SG-SCCM 3.0 as recommended in KB1001248?
If you have followed the above and still are not executing successfully, you will probably want to open a case with Now Support.
Regards,
Mike

Thanks All for responses.
Have re-created datasource instances & it worked, though not sure what was the reason for failing.
Thanks
