Looking for some guidance that I'm struggling to find information on.
We are working on maturing our CMDB in alignment with the CSDM 5 framework. Company provides a mix of standalone solutions (single build/single customer) as well as multi-tenant solutions (single build/multiple customers) for customers.
For the purposes of this discussion - domain separation is not currently enabled, and let's assume it won't be turned on.
- What is the right way in the CMDB to reflect that the Service Instance is Multi-Tenant vs Standalone?
- What is the correct way to relate a customer to a single standalone instance?
- What is the correct way to relate multiple customers to a multi-tenant instance?
