I have merged two windows servers as described, delete the duplicate but still getting this  answer :

VERIFICATION:

From the CMDB Group Health Dashboard:

- From the Duplicate metric, verify only 7 of 145 records display as duplicates
I could se as 7/145

- From the Group View - Duplicate CIs report, verify it displays 6 Solaris Servers and 1 AIX Server

i could that also.

But task still not gets validated.

Hi @MartinZ 

Sometimes, it could be a cache issue or data-related. Try using cache.do to clear the cache and then validate. I hope you've followed the instructions carefully (such as checking for any impersonation or similar factors) before proceeding with validation.

If you already done 80% lab and only this task is failing, you can submit the labs and you will get the completion details.

Hi @MartinZ 

I had the same issue yesterday and today I woke the instance again, performed the task. This time the issue was gone and task was successful. Also make sure to run the health jobs again to calculate the score. 

I selected remediate on the duplicate task, clicked on main ci button, merged the attributes from duplicate ci and at the end selected the delete duplicate ci check box. Then run the remediate playbook button to process the workflow. These steps should fulfil the task.
