Why am I unable to add a field to the form, can add but it will go to the bottom and create a new tab by clicking on the plus

Hi @Joshua Comeau,
Even if your TABLE is in the Global scope, it does not necessarily mean, that the VIEW you try to change, is in the Global scope.
Try to change the application scope to customer service and try to update the form. Its working for me.

That did the trick thank you so much will have to remeber this one weird that global did not work as I would assume that would override everything but after changing the application scope to customer service I am not able to edit the existing fields!

Thank you so much I wish ServiceNow would have an alert to indicate the scope needs to be changed. I changed the scope and in my case I needed to change the scope to Customer Communities now the form is editable.
