Why am I unable to add a field to the form, can add but it will go to the bottom and create a new tab by clicking on the plus

Hi @Joshua Comeau,
Even if your TABLE is in the Global scope, it does not necessarily mean, that the VIEW you try to change, is in the Global scope.
Try to change the application scope to customer service and try to update the form. Its working for me.

This is because you are not in the same Scope as the Form section is in. Change to the appropriate Application Scope and you should be able to make the necessary edits.

Where do I go to change the application scope when I hit the following drop down I do not see global
Also I am using Next Experience Unified Navigation

You need to select it before opening the Form Designer.

Scope and update set were all set to default and Global
