What CI Class used for a PBX?

Good Day All.

My business is asking to register Cloud PBX in to the CMDB. I'd like to know what CI Class other customers are using for a PBX?

I have the same question. My client is asking to load PBX devices into the CMDB and I am wondering what CI Class to use. I really don't want to create a custom class, so I guess cmdb_ci_hardware. Any thoughts?

Private Branch Exchange (cmdb_ci_pbx_voice) is the recommended OOB CI class for PBX devices.
