On a ServiceNow production environment, I want to configure the CMDB Health Dashboard, the CI Class Manager, the CMDB Data Manager and possibly other functionalities to manage data quality. Right now, I don't know exactly what data I want to monitor, but I don't have production-like data on a test or development environment.
What privileges do I need to manage the CMDB Health and other functionality?
Thanks.

Also following are the OOB roles required for the specific modules which you mentioned:
CI class manager: itil_admin, personalize_dictionary, itil
CMDB health dashboard: asset, itil
CMDB data manager: data_manager_user
Apart from these, also note that the managing of CSDM data requires additional roles like enterprise_architect, application_owner, service_owner, business_process_user, app_service_user, app_service_admin, technology_service_owner and business_relationship_manager (The exact role requirements vary based on the CSDM table)

Yes. That's right. If any modifications to the access settings were already done on the instance based on the organization's requirements, you need to analyze the ACLs on that instance.
