Agent Workspace : Operational Workspace : Default Filter on related list dosent reflect on workspace

Hi There,

 

I am working on Operational Workspace under Event Management Menu. When I look at the service form with related list of related CIs I would like to apply a default filter where I can filter out a class or filter out by name. I did apply the default filter on platform using view change to workspace and it works. When I try to check the same, it dosent automatically reflect on Workspace view.

I tried to add the default filter in workspace view but it needs me to manually select the filter each time I open the record. I would need this default filter to always apply and show me filtered data. I tried multiple ways but only to fail, attached reference images. Any sort of help to fix this is highly appreciated. Thanks in Advance!

Hey @Lakshmi Sharma :

Setting the default filter on the workspace seems to be working fine, it might a cache issue can you logout and login and check if that fixes it. 

Is this a custom configurable workspace built.? then we might have to Update the UX component of this related list
