Business Unit not visible in incident page

I am not able to add "Business Unit" to my "Incident" page.

ok, Business unit is not the Incident table , its dot walked (brought in from the caller>department>Business Unit)

 

if you would like to add this filed > form layout>expand caller>expand Department>Business unit

if its read only on the incident page after add , check ACLs on the incident table.

Business Unit is not there in the "form layout".

In this "Incident" page as well, I could not find the "Business Unit" field.

U r looking at self service view change the view to default and check

please find the available list under Default View.
