Is there a way to capture Org's AI uses cases in ServiceNow? If yes, what could be the right table?

The latest release of CMDB CI Class models was released in the last couple of days (version 1.68.0) and added the definitions for a few AI related classes.
2 of the tables newly released to look into would be:
- cmdb_ci_function_ai (AI SaaS applications deployed on public cloud platforms)
- cmdb_ci_appl_ai_application (AI software applications)

Hi @latha15j
The logical place to store the uses cases would be to understand what AI is going to do for you. Ideation at first maybe - "we want to take advantage of ABC benefits using AI in our business". Then look at the Business Capabilities that could be achieved with these AI use cases and then Business Applications to indicate the necessary details of the technology. As @Shannon Lake mentions, within the Build section the LLM component will become available to link to the Business Application (to become the Digital Product in CSDM 5.0)
I hope this helps!

CSDM 5 has an LLM component in the Build section. This is a start, but isn’t available yet for another couple of months last I heard.
