Definition:

Examples:

2. Business Application
What it answers: Which application supports a business capability
Level: Business ↔ IT bridge
Definition:
A business application is a logical application entity that supports one or more business capabilities.
Examples:
- SAP Order Management → supports Order Management
- Salesforce Service Cloud → supports Customer Support
- Magento Admin → supports Catalog Management

Definition:
