How to relate Dynamic CI Group and Technical service offering?

Hi Everyone,

I've a requirement where I need to create a relationship between Dynamic CI group and TSO, But in docs it is showing 2 different relationship types contains and managed by, what is the difference between them and what's the correct relationship type?

Hi

"contains / contained by" represents the technical aspect, whereas "manage / managed by" indicates the organizational aspect.  Both aspects are important and therefore can be modelled in parallel.
