In the CSDM is there a defined relationship that links Business Services and Technical Services together? For example, Email being a Technical Services and lots of business areas use Email to function.

I've looked at both v3 and v4 of the CSDM but I can't find a clear indication if there is a dependency between the two services. I'd like to know for sure and if the relationship is something that other companies have done.

Hi Charlotte,
as Eric mentioned it is indeed not visible in the CSDM materials, however it is ootb offered by the earlier SPM logic (SPM Advanced).
This is within ITSM Basic and will be used by Digital Portfolio Management as well as:
View child offering breakdowns
It is in my opinion necessary in the Service Onboarding process, but also defines in ITSM the chain of support for a selected Service Offering (quite strong I would say).
So not visible in the CSDM 4 content, but ootb defined as in the picture above.
