Hi All,
I want the visibility on incident form as per below conditions. How can we achieve this?
- In case of a Service was selected, only those Service Offerings and CI are being displayed in the reference fields, which are related to this Service
- In case of a Service Offerings was selected, only those Services and CI are being displayed in the reference fields, which are related to this Service
- In case of a CI was selected, only those Service Offerings and Services are being displayed in the reference fields, which are related to this Service
Thanks

Call a script include from the reference qualifier that has all your logic. Just don't forget you have 3 options, so you also need to take into account the 3rd field when 2 are already filled (so related to both)

Hi @sayali97 ,
have you read up on the CSDM model? In general a CI is not really associated with a service or a service offering. A service is a group of different service offerings, where a CI can be all configuration item in the entire CMDB. .
Basically, your requirement 1 make sense and can be solved by script include and client script.
Requirement 2 , or just on service based on the service offering, due to when choose a service offering there will only be one parent.
Requirement 3 doesn’t make any sense.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards
