Hello,
I am sorry if this is stupid but I have a blocking point here thinking on how to define the population method for SaaS application services like ServiceNow Prod.
What I would like to reflect in the instance is exactly what ServiceNow suggests in one of their models: Active Directory prod application service - sends data to - ServiceNow Prod.
Active Directory Prod is a mapped Application Service (top-down discovery)
ServiceNow Prod is a manually created application service without any population method. Not sure if this the right way to do it and also I don't know how to relate these two services.
Any hint much appreciated.
Thank you,
Mihai

That is the right way to do it. There can Application Services that are manually filled as well as ones created by discovery application. we can relate them as per ServiceNow standards. Are you facing any issue in doing so?
