Dear Community,

I have undertaking On-demand Course ServiceNow Platform Implementation (Yokohama). Pretty new to ServiceNow, have completed CSA recently. 

Got stuck at one of the lab-SNPI - LDAP User Import - Failed. Wondering if any body can help/advise ? I attaching the error and detailed steps
