How are we supposed to tell you this?
You are only saying that you have experience with ITSM (and since it is on the ServiceNow Community, we assume it is with the ServiceNow ITSM module).
We don't know you. We don't know what kind of work you have been doing or, most importantly, what you want to do. If your experience is in working with the module as a business analyst, the answer is way different than if you have been building complex integrations with custom spokes.
What is your goal? What is it you want to do? And what are your possibilities? Are you working for a partner that does all kinds of implementations? Are you an independent contractor looking for where the most work is? Are you working for an SN customer that only uses ITSM? Are you looking for a different job?
Any ServiceNow module will add to your career growth, but you aren't telling us anything about yourself. What kind of career do you want? People can say 'HRSD' and you are stuck talking to people with a completely different language than IT which you don't want. Or people can say 'ITOM' while you want to move away from IT. We simply don't know unless you tell us more.
