Where is CSDM 4.0 official whitepaper?

Its been 2 whopping years that CSDM 4.0 Draft paper was released.  When official one will be released? Why so long gap?

Here it says  "It will be released with the Rome Family GA"

Thanks @AndersBGS I had actually seen both of those articles before I posted my question. Really wondering why ServiceNow left in DRAFT state. Why no publish the same if thats final 🙂
