Cannot Login to PDI Instance after Resetting Password through Developer Website

After changing my PDI password through the developer website, I cannot login using the new credentials provided. Already tried opening in other browsers and asked help to other people in loggin in my instance but it still does not work.

Is it throwing any errors? Also, how are you trying to open your instance? directly using the instance URL, or through the Dev Portal by clicking the 'Start building' button?

Hello @J Siva , I am only receiving the "User name or password invalid" error. Also tried it to access it through the "Start building button" and directly using the instance URL.

Reset the password and try again..

Go to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/

 

Navigate to user profile at the right top -> Instance Action -> Manage Instance Password to display admin credentials to login to PDI.

 

Login with admin and try resetting if you are using a different user ID.
