Need help in reseting my PDI Austrila version password

Hi,

 

I set a new password yesterday and now I'm not able to recall that so can you please help me to reset that and all the links I'm opening to developer page due to zscaler browser isolation it is redirecting me on same URL

Hi @neharai7 

 

1. If you have set the password for your PDI, once notification email with credential you should receive in your registered email.

 

2. If not received,

  • Visit the ServiceNow Developer Portal (https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home) and sign in using your Developer account credentials.
  • Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select Manage My Instance.
  • Click on eye icon to show password of your PDI

If you want to reset password of your PDI ,

On Instance widget, there is a gear icon . click on that

Select Reset instance password
