I've created a new CI class 'Mongoose Web Server' but did not do it under 'Hardware' so my validation failed. As part of creating this I also created a new table named ( u_cmdb_ci_mongoose_web_server).
This is not the correct way to do the task and I should have created the new class as a child of 'Hardware'.
I found the table under system definitions and deleted however, when I try and create a new class and use the same table name it tells me the table name already exists.
How do I move on to complete this task now?
Thanks

Hi @Sutes82
Since you are only on Task 2, probably the easiest thing to do is release that lab instance and start fresh by requesting a new one. AT least that way, you'll know everything is as it should be.

Go to sys_db_object.LIST from Application Navigator and from the name column, search for 'u_cmdb_ci_mongoose_web_server' and use delete all records and then delete the table and try to create again under correct Parent class. Before recreating the table, clear the browser cache & logout from the instance and login again or try from Incognito or InPrivate window of your browser.
If it does not work, use Table Utils from Scripts Background and drop the table and try to create again
