Configure the CMDB Micro-Certification Simulator Task 2

I've created a new CI class 'Mongoose Web Server' but did not do it under  'Hardware' so my validation failed.  As part of creating this I also created a new table named ( u_cmdb_ci_mongoose_web_server).  

This is not the correct way to do the task and I should have created the new class as a child of 'Hardware'.  

I found the table under system definitions and deleted however, when I try and create a new class and use the same table name it tells me the table name already exists.

How do I move on to complete this task now?

Thank you for you helpful reply.  I decided to release the instance and start again by requesting a new instance. 

The steps you've provided are useful and may come in handy another time.
