Hi,
There is no official support for PDIs, they are offered "as is".
If your PDI stops working, you have two options avaiable.
1. Wait, and hope that it get back online after a while. Sometimes maintenance is done which will cause the PDI to be offline.
2. Dispose of your current PDI, and request a new one.
Either way, you should always back up your work when doing development on a PDI.

Hi @KOUSTAV DUTTA ,
Looks like ServiceNow has recently claimed/shutdown a batch of PDIs
I have lost 2 of my own.
if you can wait, wait for few more days and if still doesn't wakeup release and request for a new instance.
hope for the best 🤞
Please mark my answer as helpful/correct if it resolves your query.
Regards,
Chaitanya
