Record producer meta is not working in ESC portal

Hello team,

for global search in the ESC portal, I added some keywords in the Meta field of the record producer. For example, for the record producer named Flexible Work Arrangement, I added the following keywords in the Meta field: flexible work arrangement, flexible, work arrangement, arrangement. However, I am facing an issue — when I search using any one of the above keywords, the record producer does not appear. For some record producers, the search works fine, but for others, it does not.

>> If a Record Producer isn’t part of any Topic, it might be excluded from search results even if the meta keywords are correct.

>> If your instance uses AI Search, note that by default, the Meta field is ignored for Record Producers and KB articles. That means your keywords won’t be used in search results unless you adjust it.

>> Regenerate Text Indexes for Both Metadata and Task Tables (Navigate to System Definition → Text Indexes, regenerate indexes for both tables to ensure your metadata is fully searchable)
